Michael is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years’ experience in modular economics. Unique experience across manufacturing, construction and development of modular in UK & Ireland.

Michael Devereux

Construction Lead

Michael is also a Director of Ernest Park, a construction and consultancy services company. Previously Commercial Leader with Laing O’Rourke, 16 years’ service. Extensive experience with managing modular projects on site.

John Tellett

Engineering Lead

Dr. Tellett specializes in modular offsite construction techniques and modular construction in light gauge steel & timber and brings 30 years of experience in volumetric build and various systems.

John Blyde

Modular Consultant

John has 40 years’ experience in the construction industry as a CEO of the Potton Group.

He was involved in the delivery and design of 170 travel lodges, many MOD living quarters and multiple housing sites.

In Partnership with private healthcare operator Bioplan Plc a number of day surgery centres were built using Innovative Construction Methodologies (ICM) across UK. In partnership with Tarmac Healthcare 208-bedroom nurses' accommodation were built using (ICM).

Madoc started his professional career with Swiss Bank Corporation (now part of UBS) and has more than 40 years’ experience in the international financial and business markets in both London and Tokyo. He subsequently became an independent financial consultant, advising large institutional investment clients on a wide variety of assets, many of which involved innovative funding and financing structures. Madoc has law degrees from Cambridge University and the Institut d'Études Européennes in Brussels.

Dr. Steven Fawkes

Energy Consultant

Steven has over 30 years experience at the intersection of sustainable energy and finance. He founded EnergyPro in 2012 to advise corporates, investors and government on financing energy productivity. EnergyPro has executed more than £60m of investment into the UK on behalf of its JV with EESL, the Indian government’s super ESCo. He has been an NED for private and public companies and advises several energy efficiency funds.
